  • For coastal sites we specify corrosion-resistant hardware (marine-grade stainless), suitably treated or durable timber species and protective finishes. We can advise specific treatments for Kapiti Coast exposure.

  • Yes, we can supply fire-rated doors and associated certification where required. Please specify the fire rating (eg. 30/60 minutes) at enquiry so we can quote compliant products and documentation.

  • Yes, acoustic cores, seals and heavier construction options are available. Performance depends on on-site construction and we’ll provide target Rw numbers and options when quoting.

  • We offer builder’s measurement packs and can work from accurate site measures supplied by your builder. For larger projects we can arrange measured surveys or provide measurement templates for builders.

  • We plan production around project schedules. For staged builds we can hold production slots and sequence deliveries to align with site milestones. Lead times are confirmed with each order.

  • Yes, our products include care and finishing guidelines and warranty information. Exterior joinery requires correct finishing and maintenance to maintain warranties.

  • Yes. For tight access or narrow streets we can offer knock-down/flatpack options or staged deliveries. Please advise us of access constraints when ordering so we can plan transport and crane/lift requirements if needed.
