How To Install A Bifold Door

1.  Unclip top wheels & Top pivots (Wheels and Pivots have been set in Factory)

2.  Slide Wheels & Top pivot into Track before installing head

3.  The Front side of the Head is the 35mm Thick jamb side, set to reduce large gaps between Door and Jamb

5.  For Architrave Fix Side Jambs to Head making sure Jamb is flush with the top of the 18mm Packer

     For Gib groove make sure to line Side Jambs and Head Jambs up together

6.  Fix Jambs and Head as per normal ensuring unit is Flush and Plumb

7.  Unscrew bottom pivot from bottom of door (Screwed like so for delivery)

8.  Screw bottom pivots to jamb (May require packer depending on Gaps)

9.  Slip bottom of Door over Brass Sheath (Pivot) making sure not to Bend/Damage Bracket

10. Taking some of the Weight re attach Top pivot and reclip top wheels

11. Gap between Jamb and door should be about 4-6mm,

      L bracket/bottom pivot can be checked into jamb to make middle gap bigger

12. When happy with Gap, Tighten locking bolt on top Pivot

     For a 4 door Bifold start at step 6 through 10 for other side of Bifold

     For gap tolerances refer to CAD Drawing

13. Test Doors to ensure everything is running smoothly & gaps are even

     It may take a little bit of fine tuning to achieve this
